Heaven is a stunning, fully renovated villa that seamlessly fuses classic architecture with an upscale modern design.  Located on the enchanted hill of Fern Cliff near the San San enclave of Port Antonio, Portland, Heaven is the ideal retreat for couples, family or friends in what many have called Jamaica’s most beautiful parish.

The well proportioned Venetian-accented living room features unique furnishings and amenities, including a large dining table and sofa for maximum relaxation and enjoyment. There is also a fully equipped entertainment center with a Satellite 55-inch LED Smart TV and WiFi. The property features two kitchens, as well as a BBQ grill where the in-house staff is happy to prepare mouth-watering, home-cooked Jamaican meals, European and Continental cuisine or specially requested menus.

Beautifully appointed French doors lead from the living room to a 1,500-square-foot furnished alfresco verandah.  It’s the perfect place for guests to relax, read, nap, converse over drinks or simply enjoy the mesmerizing views.  Just a few steps below is a luxurious stone terrace featuring a private swimming pool, a bar, and panoramic views of the captivating azure sea set against the vibrant green of the natural landscape.

Heaven includes experienced in-house staff that is happy to accommodate and anticipate all of your needs.

ACCOMMODATION
There is a total of 7 generously appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and WiFi.  

Upper Level
Bedroom 1 - Master
This elegant oasis features a king-sized bed, daybed, and comfortable studio-type living area with a Satellite LED Smart TV.  There is also a private balcony with outdoor access offering incredible views of the Caribbean Sea.  The room includes a mini fridge, large walk-in closet, and the en-suite bathroom features double basin vanities, French stone-cut walls, a Jacuzzi and a separate shower.

Lower Level
Bedroom 2 - Junior
This cozy retreat comes with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, mini fridge, and Satellite LED Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and all of the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay.
 

Bedroom 3 - Kids
The perfect place for children to enjoy their time; this room can be arranged with twin beds or a queen-sized bed upon request.  There is a Satellite LED Smart TV, mini fridge, closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 4 - Apartment
This pied-à-terre is ideal for couples or friends wanting to decompress and indulge in the good life.  The fully equipped kitchen allows for guests to prepare meals to be enjoyed in the dining/living area or outdoor.  There is a king-sized bed, closet, Satellite LED Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Room service is available. Meals may be planned each day with the chef. Self-catering is allowed. The chef will happily assist with purchasing groceries.

  CONFIRMATION

  A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to confirm your reservation.
  Upon receipt of deposit will be sent the voucher with the declaration of payment received.

  PAYMENTS

  The deposit is payable by bank wire transfer.
  For deposit under US$1,000 is possible to use credit card and pay-pal.
  All transfers shall be made net of bank charges and exchange commissions.
  Rates are inclusive of tax and full staff services (including laundry services) but exclude our recommended 10% gratuity to the villas' staff.

  MEALS POLICY

  Meals are not included. You will organize your Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily with your staff according to your program and mood.

  Our professional Staff will cook and serve for you. As part of our services, we pre-stock the villa with the essential grocery for the first day or two. The staff will present a detailed bill for the shopping to be paid at the arrival.

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  Cancellations greater than 45 days of the check in date, there will be a full refund of the reservation deposit, (less a 15% handling fee).For cancellations within 45 days of the check in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit, unless the unit is re-rented, (less a 15% handling fee).

  
  If Villaswithclass cancels any booking at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the Customer shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid, but shall have no other claim whatsoever against Villaswithclass or the Proprietor.

  
  The Customer shall notify the Company immediately and in writing by fax or email if he wishes to cancel the booking and no such notification shall be effective unless and until actually received in writing by Villaswithclass.

  TRANSFERS

  Ground transportation from Kingston airport to the villa is also available at a cost,
  US$130 for 1/ 2 persons, US$180 for 4 persons, and it’s approximately a 2.5-hour drive with our very competent driver.

  TRAVEL INSURANCE

  We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Travel insurance policies will typically cover you for cancellation changes, loss or damage to luggage, medical expenses, harm caused to other people and many other risks.

  
  All costs which are considered extra as stated in the House Rules, and any damage to furniture and fittings shall be reimbursed to the Proprietor in cash no later than the check out day.

  
  Villaswithclass accepts no liability to the Customer for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Customer or to the Customer's personal property, personal injury arising directly out of negligence or willful default in the performance of their obligations here under only being excepted from this disclaimer.
